Chat 1.1 Updates

Update: We have improved the chatting features with the following new capabilities:

1. The page will now display the last seen date/time of the user (shown at the top using the format 'last seen [Date, Time]').
2. All of the messages have been updated to display the timestamp.
3. The conversations page now displays an excerpt of the last message sent along with the send time.
