Post Job to any Helper

New Feature: Parents are now able to post one-off jobs and recurring jobs to any helper nearby without having to connect with them first. This speeds up the process of posting jobs and especially for new parents joining the network that haven't had the chance to build up their network of helpers.

The new feature is accessible today on mobile and desktop devices, to test it out, when you post a job, just click on the 'New Helpers' option which will display a list of all helpers nearby.

Behind the scenes, when parents invite new helpers for jobs, the system will automatically create a pending connection. The helper can confirm the connection by either applying for the job or by manually accepting the connection. Once a connection has been established, both the parent and helper can chat using the in-app chat functions.
