Profile Scoring System

New Feature: We have introduced a new profile scoring algorithm that is used to categorise and prioritise the order by which helpers are presented to families in the system. The algorithm utilises a combination of parameters including qualifications, completed jobs, ratings, written recommendations, recent activity and proximity to families. We don't currently present the profile scores on the network, but if you are interested to know your current score, just let us know!
