Realtime SMS Chat Notifications

New Feature: To improve the effectiveness of chat messaging, we now send SMS notifications in realtime in addition to in-app notifications, here is how it works:

1. When a new message is sent out, the platform will try to deliver it in realtime to any connected device (PC, Mac, Phone) over the span of two minutes.
2. If the platform is not able to deliver the message via in-app notifications, an SMS is then send out.
3. The system will then back-off from sending out other SMS notifications related to the same conversation for 15 minutes.

Users can opt-out of these notifications by adjusting the account settings as shown below.
