Introducing Match Criteria

New Feature: Parents can now quickly locate helpers just around the corner using a new set of filters that allow users to include or exclude helpers if they meet certain criteria. The first release allows you to filter using age groups and gender. Additional options including working with children checks

Hide My Account

New Feature: You can now hide your account if you are going on holidays or don't want to be disturbed for a period of time. While your account is hidden, you will be invisible to the network and won’t receive any communication. Your account will remain hidden

Job Reminders

Update: Helpers that have been awarded babysitting jobs will now receive an SMS reminder at 4.30pm the day before the job takes place.

Build My List - Last Activity

Update: We have added the last activity details to all helper cards. This allows parents to quickly identify helpers who have been active recently.

Remove Helpers

Update: Parents and helpers can now remove (unfriend) other users if they are no longer interested to work with them, here are the steps: 1. Open My Families/My Helpers. 2. Click/Tap on the family/helper you would like to remove (this will open their profile). 3. Scroll down

Realtime SMS Chat Notifications

New Feature: To improve the effectiveness of chat messaging, we now send SMS notifications in realtime in addition to in-app notifications, here is how it works: 1. When a new message is sent out, the platform will try to deliver it in realtime to any connected device (PC, Mac, Phone)

Paging in Build My List

Update: As more users join the network, our customers have reported that the Build My List is getting slower to load especially in dense areas like the Eastern Suburbs and the North Shore that have 500+ helpers so we updated the page to load 50 helpers at a time.

Chat 1.1 Updates for Mobile

Update: We have improved the chatting features for mobile users by adding the timestamp for every message, number of unread messages and an excerpt of the last sent message along with the last time the user was seen in the network.

Chat Retry Failed Messages

Update: We have improved the messaging framework to allow users to resend chat messages that fail during network transmission.

Account Stats

Update: We have improved the home page for mobile users with a series of bubbles that provide a high level overview of jobs pending actions, new chat messages and invitations.
