New Feature: Families are now able to start new conversations with helpers from the Chat page using the new 'Search by Name' option. Using this option, families can search for any helper that they have connected with or invited to a job.

Update: We have deployed a new version of the search engine that powers the desktop and mobile site, the engine aims at providing significant performance improvements over the existing version and provides the foundation of new set of matching and filtering criteria that will be released in the near future.

Update: Search by Working with Children Check is now available for mobile users, this option can be used to quickly show helpers that have an approved check while posting a job or while locating helpers to contact.

Loosened Chat Rules

Update: Customers who post a one-off job or a recurring job now have access to unrestricted chat for the duration of the job, this feature was previously available to customers on unlimited plans only, this feature allows parents to communicate and chat with all helpers in their neighborhood.
